Access to a secure, custom-built learning platform for registered students.

Weekly 1-to-1 online tutoring sessions.

Interactive GCSE Biology resources.

Parental updates and progress tracking.

24/7 tutor messaging access (within reason).

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to:

Parents or legal guardians purchasing on behalf of students aged 11–18.

Students with access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Everpath Academy operates on a subscription basis.

Payments are collected in advance via secure payment link or automated invoice.

Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

Refunds are not offered for partially used months.

Trial sessions or ad hoc offers may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Use of Platform

Your login is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not share your access credentials with anyone else.

Any misuse or unauthorised distribution of materials may result in account termination.

6. Conduct & Safeguarding

All sessions are conducted in line with safeguarding best practices.

Students and tutors must maintain respectful and appropriate conduct at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All educational materials provided via Everpath Academy are the property of Everpath Academy or its content creators.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide a high-quality educational experience but do not guarantee exam results.

We are not liable for platform interruptions beyond our control (e.g. internet outages).

Parents/guardians remain responsible for monitoring their child’s progress and well-being.

9. Data & Privacy

All personal data is stored securely and processed in line with UK GDPR regulations.

We will never sell or share your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
